Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 September 2026

1. Introduction

Marlow is a service provided by Rahee, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Marlow is a travel desk you use over chat: you tell us where and when, we come back with options, we book flights on your instruction, we watch what we have booked, and when something moves we come back with the fix.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using Marlow in WhatsApp or Slack, or by using our website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility and access

You must be 18 or older and booking travel for work. Access is by invitation. We may decline an invite request, and we may end your access, without owing you a reason. The beta is free.

4. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will tell you in the thread before a change that matters takes effect, and update the date above. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

5. What we are, legally

We act as your agent. When we book a flight for you, the contract of carriage is between you and the airline, on the airline's own terms, fare rules and conditions. We are not the airline, we do not operate the flight, and we cannot override a fare rule we did not write.

You are responsible for your own travel documents — a valid passport, the right visa, entry and transit requirements. We check what we can before ticketing and tell you what we find. That check is help, not a substitute for your own.

6. What we can and cannot do

  • We book flights, anywhere in the world. Hotels are not live.
  • We watch every trip you book with us and every confirmation you forward to us.
  • We do not rebook on our own. We come back with the fix and you say yes.
  • We cannot reissue or rebook a ticket we did not sell. On a forwarded trip we tell you what broke, what it costs you, and hand you a script or a person.
  • We re-price before ticketing and never charge above the price we showed you. If the fare moves before you say yes, you see the new price first.
  • Availability and price are held by airlines, not by us. A held option can lapse.

7. Your instructions, and what the machine produces

Your instructions. What you send us — messages, trip details, preferences, forwarded confirmations — is yours. You confirm you have the right to give it to us, including where you give us another person's details in order to book for them.

Our outputs. Options, recommendations, reasons and itineraries are generated with the assistance of AI and reviewed by us. We do not warrant that any output is accurate, complete or current. Check anything that matters, particularly visa and entry requirements, connection times and baggage rules.

Your instruction is binding when we ticket it. After a ticket is issued, the airline's change and cancellation rules apply, and so do its fees.

Licence to us. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store and process what you send us solely to provide, secure and improve the Service, and to comply with law. We do not license your data to anyone for their own purposes, and we do not permit training of general-purpose AI models on it.

8. Integrations

Google Calendar. Connecting it is optional and everything works without it. We request read-only access, we read only inside the window of a trip you have coming up, and we never add, move or cancel anything on your calendar. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account. Our handling of that data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which includes our Google Limited Use commitment.

Slack. Installing the Marlow app in a Slack workspace requires the permission of whoever administers that workspace, and you confirm you have it. Marlow receives messages sent to it directly or in channels where it has been added or mentioned, and posts its replies there. Your workspace's own retention, logging and compliance settings apply to that conversation and are outside our control. Uninstalling the app ends our access.

WhatsApp. WhatsApp carries the conversation under its own terms. We do not control its availability, its delivery, or how it handles messages on its platform.

Each of these is operated by a third party. If one of them changes its terms, its pricing or its availability, that may change or interrupt how you reach us, and we are not liable for that change.

9. Money

The beta is free, including the person behind it. Forwarding a confirmation stays free permanently.

The fare, the taxes and any airline fee are yours, and are shown to you before you say yes. Refunds follow the airline's rules on the ticket, not ours; where a fare is refundable we will chase it for you.

Hotels pay us a commission. We tell you the rate and we never rank by it. We keep a record of every set of options we have shown you, so that this is checkable rather than a promise.

If we introduce a charge, we will tell you what it is before it applies to you.

10. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate details. A misspelled name on a ticket is expensive to fix and sometimes cannot be fixed.
  • Tell us if a trip is off.
  • Do not give us another person's details unless you are entitled to.
  • Do not use the Service unlawfully, or to book travel you are not permitted to take.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service.
  • Keep your access secure, and tell us if you think someone else has it.

Marlow is built for work travel, and using it for your own business travel is exactly what it is for. Reselling access, or operating it as a travel agency of your own, is not.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Flights are cancelled, delayed and rescheduled by airlines, weather, air traffic control and events none of us controls. We are responsible for doing our job — watching the trip and coming back with a fix. We are not responsible for the disruption itself.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or a meeting you missed.

Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. During the free beta that is nothing, which is the honest consequence of a free beta and a reason to keep your own eye on anything that matters.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Third-party services

Airlines, payment processors, messaging platforms and calendar providers are independent third parties. Your relationship with them is governed by their own terms. We facilitate the connection; we do not become a party to it, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions or content.

14. Termination

You may stop using Marlow at any time. Ask us and we will delete what we hold, subject to records we are required to keep. We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that breaches these Terms or harms other users, us or a third party.

Tickets already issued remain governed by the airline's terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity and governing law — survive termination.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

16. Miscellaneous

  • No class actions. Disputes are resolved individually, not as part of a class or representative action.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us.
